Last week, I shared tips on building a chiseled chest to achieve that V-shaped torso. But a complete V-shape look isn't possible without a strong, well-defined back. In part 2 of the Summer Body Series, let’s focus on finishing the V-shaped body. Think broad shoulders, a wide back, and a narrow waist.
