It's Time to Go Back to the Future

Hey Gen Xers, remember those PE classes? We'd start with some calisthenics - jumping jacks, push-ups, and then, the ultimate test, running against the clock. It was all about moving, sweating, and sometimes, competing with a friend. It felt like every sprint, every stretch was a step towards becoming our best selves.

Fast forward to today, and things seem a bit... slower. Kids are spending more time with gadgets and less with the great outdoors. With the rise of screens and convenience, there's a noticeable dip in their physical activity. The result? A worrying uptick in obesity and other related health issues.
