The French, with their love for cheese, butter, and wine, have some of the lowest rates of heart disease in the world. Meanwhile, Americans, who often opt for low-fat options, struggle with higher rates of obesity and heart problems. Crazy, right?

Furthermore, according to an article titled, “Lifestyle in France and the United States: An American Perspective,” A study found that only 17% of French adults are obese, compared to 34% of American adults. How is this possible?
